My stay at No 19 Boutique Hotel was a mixed bag. The penthouse room I booked was spacious and had an expansive tub, but the location overlooked some rather uninspiring surroundings. While the breakfast selection was fantastic and the hotel was impressively clean, the staff's lack of English and an eyebrow-raising laundry service really brought down my overall experience. 🏨☕
