My stay at No 19 Boutique Hotel was a mixed bag. The penthouse room I booked was spacious and had an expansive tub, but the location overlooked some rather uninspiring surroundings. While the breakfast selection was fantastic and the hotel was impressively clean, the staff's lack of English and an eyebrow-raising laundry service really brought down my overall experience. 🏨☕

Rooms
6.0
The penthouse suite was sizable and featured large rooftop windows, but the labeling as 'penthouse' felt misleading compared to the luxury one might expect. The decor was pleasant, yet there were functional issues like air conditioning that left me sweating. Overall, the room was comfortable but could use some improvements.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service fell short. The night staff was unhelpful and language barriers led to significant misunderstandings, especially with laundry services. I ended up with a bill that seemed exorbitant for the laundry they sent off to a dry cleaner, which left me feeling frustrated.
Location
5.0
While the hotel is situated in a business district, it was quite a distance from the bustling city center, meaning I often needed a cab for outings. The location right opposite a mosque had its pros and cons, with accessibility to the airport being a perk. However, the surroundings weren't very appealing.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic selection that I truly enjoyed. I appreciated the quality of the food, although the dine-in experience at the restaurant felt a bit limited.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel's facilities were modern and well-maintained. I didn't take advantage of the spa services, although it was a nice perk for those in more premium rooms. The availability of amenities like a fridge and kettle in the room was appreciated, yet there was no air conditioning in the premium room, which dampened my comfort.

However, the staff's language barrier and issues with laundry services were frustrating, along with a lack of air conditioning that made the stay uncomfortable.

It's located in the business district, which was convenient for airport transfers, but it's still a bit far from the city center, requiring a taxi ride.

The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a good variety of options each morning. However, I didn't try their dinner offerings, so I can't comment on that.

The hotel has several nice facilities, including indoor and outdoor seating areas, but the poor internet connectivity was a letdown during my stay.

However, I faced several issues with the staff's language barrier and poor service, which made my stay frustrating. The hotel is also overpriced for the quality of service received, and I found the internet connectivity to be inadequate.

My stay at No 19 Boutique Hotel was good overall, thanks to its good location and delicious dining options. I loved the spacious common areas and the clean, modern design of my room. However, I did face some communication issues with the staff and found the laundry service to be confusing, which detracted from the experience a bit.

I recently stayed at No 19 Boutique Hotel and overall, I found it to be a pleasant experience. The hotel is beautifully designed and conveniently located near my office, which made my trip much easier. However, I did have some issues with sound insulation in my room, which was a bit noisy at times. The breakfast was decent but not excellent, leaving some room for improvement.

Rooms
7.0
The room was modern and exceptionally clean, featuring great amenities like a kettle and tea facilities. However, I was disappointed with the poor sound insulation, as noise from the street and upper floors was quite disruptive during my stay.

The hotel's location in the business district was perfect for my needs. It was close to my office and easily accessible from the airport, making transfers hassle-free. Plus, being right across from the mosque added to the charm of the area.
Dining
7.0
While I found the breakfast to be average, the dinner options were quite good with a nice selection of food and wine. The hotel's small restaurant had tasty meals that were reasonably priced, which I enjoyed.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offered modern facilities, including a spa and wireless LAN connection, which contributed to a comfortable stay. However, I noticed that some common areas, while clean, could benefit from a bit more space for relaxation.
